FAQs What can you send me for samples? Are you selling only 8-1/2 x 11 inch sheets? I don't need 25 sheets of any one color. Am I able to order less of a color? Do you offer assortment packs? Are your products safe for scrapbooks? Are they acid-free?
I am already a customer of Wintech. Why this change to Papertex, and will I still be working with the same people that I am used to Working with at Wintech? Because Wintech sells to a wide variety of manufacturers including major greeting card and invitation companies, book publishers, packaging and display companies, the picture framinng industry and many other diverse industries, establishing Papertex allows us to concentrate certain special efforts into the consumer products area. Nothing will really change. You will still be dealing with the same experienced individuals that you are used to, and receive the same level, or better level, of service. Invoicing will still come frrom Wintech. Papertex does not sell in typical retail quantities. You must meet the minimum purchase requirements of $100.00 (net) for the first order and $50.00 (net) for subsequent orders. Distributors will be advised of their requirements upon request. From time to time we may have special promotional pricing, free merchandise, free shipping, etc. for qualifying customers (show specials, new customers, etc). These special prices will only be available by using a "discount coupon" number which we will issue during those times. Again, purchasing may be done online here or by contacting us us directly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Charges will NOT be made to your card until your order is shipped. Your credit card is NOT automatically charged when you check out. This depends on our stock situation. We ship as quickly as we can, which can range from same day up to a few weeks. We are presently designing new product literature which will have printed versions of the color ranges, and a sample "feeler" piece attached. We hope to have them ready soon. Are you selling only 8-1/2 x 11 inch sheets? Mostly. By that we mean that unless you are able to order in fairly large quantities of a color, 8-1/2 x 11 sheets are the most readily available. All products are pre-packaged in 25 sheet bulk packs and can not be broken down. Do you offer assortment packs? No, only single color packs Are your products safe for scrapbooks? Are they acid-free? Our products are safe for scrapbooks. Most are acid-free, while some are pH neutral which means that they are neither acid or alkaline. as an example, SuedePaper™ is acid-free and lignin-free.
